Option D, all of these are true.

In counter current system fluids moves in opposite directions than parallel system. And this is more efficent than parallel system.

In this system fluids present in tubes moves in opposite directions. In fish this system try to maximize diffusion gradient between incoming and outgoing blood thus trap maximum amount of oxygen in gills as well as help in maintaining temperature.
