Answer #1

Stem cells - Cells which have ability to renew, replicate, regenerate at faster or specific rate which further differentiate into cells, organs or tissue.

Stem cells cloning - In stem cell cloning , patients and egg donor cells are used in which nucleus is removed from the both patients and egg donor(Enucleated egg),induced to grow into blastocyst or the embryo which contains stem cells which can be obtained, process and used for the desired growth of cell in petri dish.

Read therapeutic (SCNT)

Reproductive cloning

In therapeutic cloning, an embryo is developed containing the cells from patients and donor into Enucleated Eggs which developed via Petri dish in Sterile environment.

Reproductive cloning defines as creating an mouse or non-primate animal that is identical genetically to a donor for animal via somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT).

Stem cells (SCNT) differentiates into cells, organ and tissue inside Petri dish which are not placed inside the uterus.

In reproductive cloning, created embryo is placed into uterus where the explant initiates to grow and develop.

For example – Dolly the sheep

SCNT used for Embryonic stem cells can be used for regenerative medicines.

IPS( induced pluripotent stem cells) have tendency to form cells, tissue and organ as they contain Hematopoietic stem cells and Mesenchymal Stem cells

Lack of directed control of ESCs differentiation, potentially leading to uncontrollable teratomas in murine models B. ASCs plasticity and ability to differentiate into other tissues and cells C. Accessibility of ESCs and ASCs cell lines D. ASC transplantation and tissue rejection E. All of the above Q11. Cloning does NOT involve which of the...

please answer this post and ask one question regarding this post Embryonic stem cells are a type of cell that derive from embryos. This process usually happens though in vitro fertilization and then donated to research with consent of the donor. These cells are useful for research and can be used to “regenerate and repair damaged tissue, some current therapies such as bone marrow transplantation already make use to stem cells and their potential for regeneration of damaged tissues” (Kohl,...
