Answer #1

11- Fc region of antibody fixes complements on the antibody molecule.

Hinge region helps the antibody to flip or rotate assisting it to bind an antigen.

Disulphide bond helps the antibody molecule to be digested into multiple fragments.

Fab region is present at the top of the antibody. it consists of a variable region and constant region. The variable region of Fab allows the antibody to bind to the antigen.

So the answer is an option -B

12- Influenza virus doesn't make the cDNA copy of its genome. So option A is wrong.

Dengue virus doesn't make the cDNA copy of its genome. So option C is wrong.

The genome of the herpes virus is DNA. So option D is also wrong.

The genome of HIV virus is RNA. It makes cDNA copy of RNA with the help of reverse transcriptase. cDNA is then inserted into the genome of host cell.

So correct answer is option B- Human immunodeficiency virus.
