A chloroplast has four principal structures that play a arole in photosynthesis.Those four structures below are,

Stroma,grana,lamellas,thylakoids.

The light dependent reactions take place on the thylakoid membranes.

The light independent reactions take place in stroma.

Stack of thylakoids is called a granum so the light dependent reactions occurs in the grana.

Lamella is thin layer.These are found within a chloroplast.

So options ''A,B,D,E'' are correct answers.

chlorophyll is a green pigment found in chloroplasts.

Mitochondrias are power houses of the cell.

Lysosomes are suicidal organelles of the cell. Plant cells do not contain lysosomes.
