Bacterial cell bacterial cell utilise a mitotic spindle to segregate there replicated DNA

The last statement is incorrect because bacterial cell show cell division but it is amitotic, formation of spindle fibres does not take place.

First option is correct because bacteria undertake binary fission and divides it into two bacterial cells. The genes are located on the bacterial chromosome. The bacterial chromosome is linear or circular in shape and is double stranded in nature. It is enclosed in nucleoid.

Second statement is correct because the size of bacterial genome is very small and is not associated with any non coding region. Therefore it replicates rapidly in comparison to Eukaryotic DNA.

Third statement is correct because not only in bacteria but in eukaryotes also, before cell division DNA is replicated so that daughter cells receive an equal amount of DNA.
