Amount of growth in quadrant A will be higher than the quadrant B. Because when we pressed the pad of unwashed left thumb, it had more number of microorganisms which get transferred to the medium and will grow there. After pressing against A we are pressing against agar medium in quadrant B where rest of the microbes from our hand will be transferred, so the number of microorganisms transferred and amount of growth in this case obviously will be less than quadrant A.
