The baggie would gain the weight because of inward movement of water in the baggie.

This happens because the DI water is the deionised water means this water has had almost all of its minerals ions removed, such as cations and anions. And the solution in baggie has 25% salt water which has ions like Na+ and Cl-.

Hence, the DI water is hypotonic and solution in baggie is hypertonic. So, the water moves from the beaker to the baggie.
