W is a tranasmembrane protien that is known to help the movement of ions, small molecules and substances across the biological membrane. Transmembranes span the entire width of the lipid bilayer and hance has both hydrophobic and hydrophilic ends. This could help the polypedtides to cross the layer as a single alpha helix structure. Had W not been any other membrane and not a transmembrane it woupld not have been possible for the protiens to enter the hydrophobic part of the lipid bilayer but now since it is a transmembrane, it could help in the transportation of the P outside of the cell

Q which is an aquapoirin is known to selectively conduct water moleicules in and out of the cell, while preventing the passage of ions and other solutes. Therefore they are also known as water channels.

and

P are the polypeptides meaning long chains of amino acids inside the cell. And since it has a polarity ( alpha amino acid on one end and alpha carboxyl on the other) it could be transported out of the cell with the help of a transmembrane across the lipid bilayer.
