After having observations from the above graph , the following conclusions have been reached :

a) In 1950 the population of the Paraguay was growing rapidly as the pyramid (in the graph)  has broader base which suggests there are more persons of age between 0-14 years. While abundant number of people in the reproductive age (15-35), which suggests the population would be growing rapidly

In 2010, the it seems the population is starting to stabilise

b)Based on the data in 1950, Paraguay's fertility rate would be Above replacement level.(The replacement level is average number of childrens born per woman . The rate is roughly said to around 2.1 births per woman)

c)Based on the data,in 2010 , Paraguay's fertilty rate would still be Above replacement level.

d) In 1950 Paraguay was on transitional stage of demographic transition which is characterized by high birth rates and low death rates.

While in 2010 Paraguay was on industrial stage of demographic transition which is characterized by decline in birth rates and low death rates .
