people with high blood pressure or heart disease should avoid energy drinks because they could affect their blood pressure and may even alter the effectiveness of their medications.

2. Eating bacons and eggs in the breakfast

They're the reason that rates of obesity, diabetes and heart disease are soaring because of the presence of high cholesterol in it.

3. He takes two hamburgers and a plate of fries for lunch

Hamburgers are sort of fast foods which are high in calories and thus it contributes to weight gain, a major factor which should be avoided in order to protect oneself from heart diseases,

Fries are fatty and saturated fats along with trans fats should be completely avoided to keep the heart fit.

4. Eating meat for dinner

Meat especially if it is red meat is not good for the heart. The American Heart Association (AHA) claims that red meats generally have more saturated fat than other sources of protein, such as chicken, fish, or legumes.

5. Eating a bag of potato chips in the night

It seems a bad choice because potato chips are too oily and contain saturated fat usually which is bad for heart health.
