Solution

que 8- correct option is B. Because mature RNA is formed from splicing of introns and joining of all exons.if all introns are spliced out then only 3 exons of 1000 nt long=3000 nt long mature RNA will form.so other option are incorrect.

que 10-correct option is A.beacuse X is found to bind at promoter region when there is no sustance A.means X is the repressor protien that can bind to promoter.if A is present then X can not bind to promoter because X and A bind to each other.and transcription starts.due to transcription of gene some enzyme forned which breacks the substance A. So concentration of A will decreases.so at that time X can bind to promoter region to stop operon.after some time substance A is absorbed and increased in cell.which again binds to X and operon start there transcription.

so protein X is called as repressor protein while substance A is called as effector molecule like inducer.
