Answer #1

Solution

Option B is correct.(species 2 would be easy to map)

  • HFR is the high frequency recombinantion cells which are made by homologous recombinantion between F plasmid factor and bacterial chromosome at IS site.
  • if there is IS elements, then it will helps to make hfr homologous recombinantion. While if there ia no IS elements then there is no or very less chance of to make hfr strain.
  • so if first bacterial species has no IS elements and second bacterial species has many IS elemwnts then second bacterial species will easy to map by hfr mapping.

Consider two related reactions with the following Gibbs free energy profiles. In Reaction (A), the reactant has four energetically similar conformers, while in Reaction (B) there is only 1 predominant reactant conformer. In each case, the lowest energy reactant (R) and product (P) conformers are indicated by a red circle. Which of the following statement is true about the equilibrium constants [P]/[R] for the two reactions?a. Reaction A would have a larger equilibrium constant because the reactant state is characterised by...

Is a Culture of Entrepreneurial Problem Solving Key for India? India is a complex and chaotic place with hundreds of millions of poor citizens and a ramshackle infrastructure—particularly when compared to the gleaming new ports, highways, and airports that China has built in recent decades. Moreover, India has long been plagued by a notoriously inefficient, albeit democratic, government. But these challenges and barriers have arguably produced something remarkable in India—a problem-solving mentality that helps many Indians to quickly, cheaply, and...

Write a reflective paragraph summarizing your thoughts. Organizational change research has been criticized for neglecting the role of history in the study of change (Pettigrew et al., 2001). Much of the existing research tends to treat organizational change as “episodic” and comprising of independent events (Pettigrew, 1987, p. 655). More generally, research in organizational behavior has tended to ignore the theoretical and methodological significance of context in the examination of work attitudes and outcomes (Johns, 2006). In the studies reported...
