7) every cells of our body has same genetic pool but each type of cells produces different types of proteins because of epigenetic modification. And huge cells form the tissue and which form organ which performs particular function.

Symmetry means the same thing on different side it can be radial or bilateral.

Segmentation - means which organs will be presented in which part of body is dependent on segmentation which occurs during embryogenesis.

8) when vertebrate were on water they uses their gills and water directly bath the gills and Diffusion happens but in land vertebrate they adapted the lungs instead of gills to breathe and where many active process is also needed and which is very complex.

9)in water, the vertebrate releases huge eggs and others sperms attached them and finally after fertilization , new organism reproduces this fertilization is called external whereas in land vertebrate , fertilization is internal which needs less sperm and less ovum and which is conceived by uterus and after then new organism reproduced.
