Since the Mut 1 is able to make both stinky biomolecule and important biomolecule the enzyme 4 and 5 are normal. But the production rate is low means the flux of substrate is not sufficient to meet the demand of enzyme 4 and 5 proving that Mut 1 has mutation in either enzyme 2 or 3 due which these enzyme are not very efficient to convert substrate into product with a considerable rate.
Mut 2 is not able to make super stinky biomolecule at all means the enzyme 5 is mutated.
So option 1 and 2 are correct.
