A)The glial cells are the key immune cell type associated with the pathology of multiple sclerosis.(MS).In MS the microglial cells, which are cells of the innate immune system in the CNS get activated and ultimately lead to demyelination.

B) The ectopic lymphoids form in the meninges in MS patients.They are small follicles that are involved in demylination and atrophy of the brain.
