The answer is axillary nodes.

Explanation : Axillary lymph nodes are the lymph nodes that are located in the underarm area. These lymph nodes drains the lymph from the neck, upper arms,breasts and underarm.There are about 20 to49 lymph nodes in axillary area. Since in the diagram, we a sternum ,chest area and upper arm and the location of the nodes is in underarm area, we can say the nodes are axillary lymph nodes.

Inguinal nodes : Lymph nodes located in the femoral triangle of Scarpa.

Mediastinal nodes : Lymph nodes located in the mediastinal region( area between lungs).

Iliac nodes : Lymph nodes located in the iliac region draining lymph from lower extermities and pelvis.

Cervical nodes : Lymph nodes located in the neck.
