From the table 2, esterase enzyme is showing the higher activity because it has higher conversion rate of the substrate (76%). On the other hand, lipase has the least activity as it is showing the lowest conversion rate.

As we can see that aspirin is hydrolyzed more than other substrates. In the reaction with esterase, aspirin converts by 76%.

The table 1 is showing that absorbance is increased by increasing concentration. The table 2 shows that lipase has lower activity in reaction with either aspirin or hexyl salicylate. Esterase shows higher activity with aspirin while lesser activity with hexyl salicylate but more than the lipase.
