4 inflection point  is a point on a continuous plane curve at which the curve changes from being concave to convex  or vice versa..thus in a ph versus rate curve if there is an inflection point it indicates that there is an proton transfer and in the given situation at ph 4 there is an inflection suggesting of a pk 4. Thus the answer is Option C

5 answer is B  because as the deprotonation occurs only at acidic ph thus causing deprotonation
