1. When our parts of the body is overused for any purpose, it will get wear out and damage will happen to those body parts. When it gets wear out, the function of the body part will get affected. This is referred to as 'wear and tear'.

2. Lysosomes are the organelles which contains an enzyme called lysozyme which breaks down the various unnecessary cell products and invading microbes. When it fails to clear up the waste products, it will build up and interferes in the cellular functions and can alter the function which is not good for our body.

4. DNA damage can lead to the faulty gene which in turn produces a dysfunctional protein. The DNA damage can cause mutations in the DNA and it can lead to the faulty gene.

5. Free radicals are nothing but a molecule with an unpaired valence electron. It is highly reactive and unstable molecules produced during the various mechanisms and metabolic process of our body. These can lead to various diseases and disorders. The vitamins and anti-oxidants can help in scavenging the free radicals.
