  1. The correct option is (C) i.e The changing of nucleosome position. Chromatin remodelling plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression in eukaryotes. As chromatin remodelling involves in disassembly of nucleosome and reorganize it within the chromatin but at the other region leads to have exposed chemical structure of the DNA which was before bounded with nucleosome. This exposed DNA conformation allows the transcription factors, regulatory factors for the process like DNA replication and so on.
  2. The correct option is (C) i.e DNA- binding transcription factors. Hox genes are the homeotic genes which are involved in making sure that the appropriate form of structure takes place at the appropriate region of the body. Basically, these genes are involved in the head-tail organization of many animals. These genes encode DNA-binding transcription factors i.e proteins consist of DNA-binding homeodomain. This domain plays an important role in embryonic development.
