Loops - RNA Secondary Structure -G-C UGA Hairpin Loop c6-én Helix ២០០៦ Bulge Loop U-AGACU GGG A IIIA GGG Multibranch GA CCCAA

  • Number of nucleotides in the multi-branch loop = 16 nucleotides
  • The degree of “sharpness” to the hairpin loops = A>B>C (highest to lowest sharpness)
  • Complementary base pairs are in the (complete) secondary structure = 16 base pairs (in helix)
  • If a base pair in a stem is between nucleotides that are also in a loop is also include in the count, then total = 6 base pairs in multi-branch loop (C) and zero in both A and B loop. So 16 earlier + 6 now = 22 total base pairs in complete secondary structure.
