PCR requires a DNA polymerase enzyme that makes new strands of DNA, using existing strands as templates.

The basis of qPCR is to monitor the process of DNA polymerase-driven DNA amplification, which is known as the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), in “real-time”. In a PCR reaction, a thermostable DNA polymerase enzyme is used to synthesize new strands of DNA complementary to the target DNA sequence..

So the answer is PCR and qPCR. Both use DNA polymerase.

2. Reverse Transcription PCR (RT-PCR)

The enzyme reverse transcriptase synthesizes a DNA chain on an RNA template, and DNA polymerase converts the single-stranded DNA molecules into double-stranded DNA molecules that can further be used as templates

RTPCR and qRT-PCR uses reverse transcriptase.
