The correct sequence :

Afferent arteriole, glomerulus, efferent arteriole, peritubular capillary, venule, renal vein

Blood enters the the nephron with afferent arteriole and goes into glomerulus where most of the filtration takes place, then it leaves the glomerular capsule through efferent arteriole and then enters the peritubular capillary which travels along the length of the nephrons to allow reabsorption and secretion and then the blood enters the small venules and finally into renal vein to leave the kidney.
