Answer #1

1) All of the above. The sauropods are the type of animals with very long necks. The nostril on top of their head allows them to breathe in water. The denser and heavier neck vertebrae, which have nearly 19 cervical vertebrae, allow them to control the neck movement. The have bifid neural spines with ligaments in the notch which makes the V-shaped structure. These all are helping the Sauropods to get adapted to the conditions.

2)Just below node J., The common ancestors for the D and F are J. Since J is the common ancestor the trait may arrive from the same. The yellow feather may be evolved from J.

4)All of the above. The ornithischians are characterized by a back pointed pubis named opisthopubic, a dental arrangement called a dental battery and predentary bones which are situated in front of the lower jaw.

5)True. The theories about the evolution suggest that the dinosaurs had feathers which marks the initial class of animals in which the feathers were a major part of thermoregulation, waterproofing and protection of the body. They help to keep the body warm.
