Answer #1

5. The nutritional value of aspartate is  0.004 kilocalories per gram.

this used in food and beverages as a way of reducing added sugar. it is 200 times sweeter than sugar so very little amount of aspartate is needed in food to match the sweetness of the sugar. so colories per gram added is also less in food so thats why body gets less sugar by subtituting it with aspartate so it will help in loosing weight.
