No. Because lower social class people is also part of our society, so if any health problems happen , the running government must ensure good health services of each and every citizen of country.

The high mortality in lower classes are due to lack of knowledge ,so government must ensure proper information regarding health problems to common people

Proper sanitation and sewage management must be done because mainly common people live in congested area.

Necessary vaccination and medicine must given free to these people

Distribution of disinfectant like bleaching powder must be given, so that drinking water contamination with microbes can be prevented
