Normally, when one molecule of glucose undergoes glycolysis, 2 ATPs are consumed during the preparatory phase, and 4 ATPs are produced during the Pay-off phase, giving net ATP count of 2 ATP. 2 NADH are also produced.

But when activity of Pyruvate Kinase is blocked, the final step of glycolysis (Phospho-enol Pyruvate (PEP) to Pyruvate) that produces 2 ATP will not take place. As a result of this, number of ATP produced will be zero and number of NADH produced will be 2. Also PEP will accumulate.

Since no Pyruvate is made, the reactions of the Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex and TCA cycle will not occur.

Therefore, number of ATP produced = zero, number of NADH produced = 2, number of carbon dioxide  produced= zero.

(The ATP count is given only for glycolysis. The 2 NADH produced can enter Electron Transport Chain to produce 5 ATPATP).
