This is a question of monohybrid cross with exception to Mendelian inheritance. According to Mendel's law of inheritance, F2 monohybrid cross result in genotypic ratio of 1:2:1 (BB:Bb:bb) {see attached image} and phenotypic ratio of 3:1 (dominant:recessive). But in both the tables, this condition is not met. Thus it becomes exception to Mendelian inheritance.  

Table 3 is the case of lethal inheritance

Table 2 doesn't meet any criteria of microevolution
