Answer #1

The pumps that actively transport calcium back into sarcoplasmic reticulum are called Ca2+ ATPase pump.

This pump help to reduce calcium level around actin and myosin by pumping this back into sarcoplasmic reticulum by using energy in form of ATP during muscle relaxation.

Sarcoplasmic reticulum is store house of calcium in muscles. During muscle contraction calcium fascilitates interaction between myosin and actin.

Transverse tubules enable electrical signal to move deeper into cell.

Neuromuscular junction convert temporal sequence of action potential in motor neuron into muscle contractions.

NAME SID 25. Usted below are different steps that occur during the excitation and contraction of a muscle fiber. Please select the correct sequence in which these stages occur. 1) Ca2+ binds to Tropomyosin, causing a conformational change that unblocks cross-bridge binding sites. 2) The Sarcoplasmic Reticulum is depolarized, which opens up Voltage-Gated Channels that release Ca2+ into the cytoplasm. 3) The Action Potential then travels along the cell membrane and down transverse tubules that extend into the muscle fiber....
