I will suggest to choose only taller individual of rabbit for matting purpose, never with dwarf individual.

Now in tall case there could be either homozygous dominant genotype or heterozygous genotype.

If homozygous will be choosen for crossing than all progeny will be tall but if heterozygous choosen then it will be 3:1 ratio of tall:dwarf.

While dwarf individual can be removed from area.
