The situation is based on the lean manufacturing, it helps to maintain highest production improvement and efficiency in systematic production lines in the manufacturing company. The tools are used for fix, avoid wastage, and control the work, and the shadow board helps to mark the location, interchange the tools in between the work, and allowing operators to identify the tool easily. The implementation stage or set of order stage in the manufacturing company required the shadow boards.
