Answer #1

If I would have been a manager then I would try to make decisions by first finding out that what is going wrong in the production department workings.First, the reason has to be found out that what is happening wrong in the workings then only the right steps can be taken to improve a particular situation.I would have given some necessary directions to the workers of this department so that they should focus on their workings and should bring accuracy in their work. Other things which I would have done is that I would have sent some workers for training so that they can learn the right way of doing things and bring more and more efficiency in their work.I think training can really work and the workers will be able to learn from their mistakes and will definitely show excellent performances.
