Answer #1
Increased rate Decreased rate No change
Treatment with glucagon Treatment with insulin
Treatment with epinephrine Addition of kinase inhibitor
Addition of phosphatase inhibitor Removal of phosphate group from phosphorylase a
[ATP] exceeds [AMP] AMP allosteric binding actiavtes phosphorylase b

Glycogenolysis is breakdown of glycogen molecule. This process is activated by phosphorylase a (phosphorylated), Glucagon, epinephrine.

phosphorylation of phosphorylase by kinase increases glycogenolysis. Removel of phospahte by phosphotases decreases it.
