Muscle glycogen phosphorylase: AMP act as activator of glycogen phosphorylase-a form (active form) as more ATP synthesis is required so glucose will undergo glycolysis process to produce more ATP and for this more glycogen need to breakdown into glucose is required.

While glucose, ATP and glucose 6 phosphate are repressor for phosphorylase-a form of glycogen phosphorylase as glycolysis need to be halt as energy is already present.

Incase of liver glycogen, AMP act as neither activator or repressor as liver function is to store excess glucose in form of glycogen so it is insensitive to AMP.

While ATP, glucose and glucose 6 phosphate here also act as repressor of glycogen phosphorylase.
