Where the phages and bacteria streaks intersect, this is going to form a clear halo zone called plaque.

It is because bacteriphage who infects bacteria or literally eats it will result into a clear zone on the bacterial lawn if it is present with some anti-bacterial factor, like bacteriphage. Bacteriophases digest the bacteria in its vicinity and you can see plaques indicating the inhibition of dissolution of bacterial cells.
