for 90% CI z value is 1.645 as P(-1.645<z<1.645)=0.90

So Margin of Error is 0.893 0.107 p1.645 0.009 E z* 3060

Hence CI is pt E 0.893 t 0.009 (0.884,0.902)

Hence answer here is 88.4%<p<90.2%
