Answer

The synthesis of RNA from DNA is called Transcription. In transcription forms mRNA, tRNA and rRNA. It takes place in the cell nucleus. It is initiated by RNA polymerase enzyme as primer.

The process of synthesis of proteins from RNA is called Translation

Translation

Synthesis of codons - occurs by mRNA

Anticodons - occurs through tRNA

Polyribosomes involved in protein synthesis

Can include rough ER - involved in protein synthesis due to presence on ribosomes on it

Require ribosomes - the are essential for protein synthesis like 30S and 50 S ribosomes and forms ribosomal complex during protein synthesis.

Synthesis of an amino acid chain - each codon indicate one amino acid.

Occurs in cytoplasm

Creates primary protein structure
