Please help!

Public companies are required to disclose the ratio of CEO pay to median worker pay each year. In 2014, the distribution of those ratios for the top 400 public companies was skewed to the right. Explain why the Empirical Rule would (or would not) be useful in answering questions about this distribution.

since empirical rule is helpful in predicting the interval for a distribution which is approximately bell shaped(Normal), since here distribution is skewed, we can not use  Empirical Rule
