SOLUTION:- The recommendations to reduce the risk these systems pose are given below:-

1- You will have to confirm that uploading and execution of untrusted files should not be done before proper Integrity investigation for these files.

2-Any communication should be done for received files,software application & patches through only reliable people.

3-Access restriction should be implemented on important data files only by authorized people with the help of any software.

4-All employees should be well educated for identification and prevention from any social engineering attack.

5-All monitoring devices should not be approachable through Internet.

6-All monitoring devices should be configured with firewalls and put aside them from your commerce portal network.

7- In the case of remote login, just execute a updated version of VPN in protected manner.
