Your first answer is correct. Primer 1 will binds to the bottom line underlined part. primer 8 will bind to the upper line underlined second part.

2- If there has been Alu fragment we would have got a PCR product of 500bp.

since there is no Alu fragment so we will get the product of 200bp.

3- F3 and R3 are the correct pair of primers that can be used to amplify the exon2.

F3 will be the forward primer and R3 will be the reverse primer for PCR.
