here Buyoancy force = Tension + Weight

specific weight of water * Volume of block = Tension + specific weight of block * Volume of block

specific weight of water = 9.81 Kn/m3

9.81*V = 99 + 2.4*V

V =99/(7.41) =13.3603 m3 Ans
