Answer- Both the parties can be stakeholders. Being a stake holders means, a person with an interest or concern in something. If the college of economics is one of the best colleges in the country or town, then the students would be the stake holders as getting into the college would be a big opportunity for them and can shine their future. Graduating from that college would be very beneficial for them and help them in getting a good job.

From the view of college being a stakeholder, undertaking a major project to revamp the course registration process may enable the college in evaluating the best students. They would be able to get the finest students who are intelligent, smart and full of potentional. This in future would help in enhancing the reputation of college and many more student wanting to get admission into it.
