According to the question-

Sacromere- It is called the  basic unit of muscle fiber. It is made up of two protein filaments named as actin which is also called thin filament and  myosin called thick filament. these are the filaments that play an important role in muscle contraction. The sacromere also contains I band, A- Band, M- Line, Z- Line,  and H zone which are represented in below figure.
