The answer is false.  

Because the activity of Snrk2 gene depends on the presence of abscisic acid. Thses genes are activated during abiotic stress condition for plants. For example when there is low humidity or water content in the environment these snrk2 genes are activated in the presence of ABA and closes the stomata of the leaves and hence helps in preservation of water by checking evaporation from leaves.
