Agile project management is and iterative method for software development projects , It is based on the delivery the requirements of the project incrementally and iterative throughout the development life cycle of project. It allow the project manager to deliver high quality and high priority work. Software projects usually change constantly, it is necessary to finalize the requirements before initiating the development of the project, But the Agile Project management will allow the change in requirement even at late in the development stage. It will deliver the features which is having high priority and high business values and features which has the real time information to manage the time , scope and costs. This project methodology will reduce the complexity of the project development by breaking the requirements of many month life cycle of the complete project. Building the complete project at a time and finally testing will find hundreds of errors and bugs. Instead of this developing small segment and testing will be manageable in two to four weeks cycle.
