An American Internet Technology company has merged with a Canadian Social Media company. Because of this merger, performance is not as optimum as the executives would have hoped; morale is low, and stress is up. The new company has decided to hire you as an Organizational Development consultant. They have tasked you with finding out the issues and what they should do next to get back on track.

To collect sufficient information consultant mjst survey teams using focus groups discussion to know key issues, urgent problems and organisations behaviour towards employees and than aggregate data and generate strategic plans.

Organisation development cultural change requires adoption and designing of new cultural elements and recruitment based on cultural fitment and diversity from backgrounds having similar experience  

The organisation needs to carry intensive training programmes for new culture and newer vision and goals and ensure salary compensation is linked to team performance. More over the teams must be redeployed based on skills and talents and new groups should be made which ensure all teamshave sufficient armour to counter act any challenging situation.

Optimum performance comes from motivation, employees engagement and building strong leadership pipeline which demonstrates participative leadership and cross function collaboration.
