Diversity is achieved when the company has various people coming from different background, ages, culture, race, national, religion etc and working without discrimination and conflict. When the businesses are expanding their reach it is very important for the companies to have a diverse workforce to better understand the market. If the workforce is diverse then the company will be able to generate better ideas, plans which may be helpful to get competitive advantages over the competitors. When it comes to ages then thinking capacity, a capability of both the generation is different. They have different thinking pattern, perception, knowledge, and experience because of that the collection of ideas and thoughts will be better when there is younger as well as older workers included in the conceptualization of age as an aspect of diversity. The perception which a 25-year-old has will be completely different with a person aged 40 years. And this is diversity all about. In diversity, age could not be considered an exception.
