answer-

A socially responsible leader is someone who understands that his or her actions and decisions affect a wide variety of stakeholders in their organization. These leaders take a wider view of: the organization's purpose. how they contribute to the environmental and social challenges businesses face today.Leaders make the inclusive environment where every worker is respected and given fair chances and remove any kind of cultural and age difference in healthcare organization.

Leaders should get involved in community and their services so that they can discharge their social responsibilities and contribute to social worthy causes in which they tend to make positive impact on society. Leader being the representative of the health care organization needs to set some examples in which organization can be viewed as social organization which benefit its stakeholders like patients, employee, society at large.

for example- Leader and their employees can provide healthcare services like medical checkups in schools at free of cost which contribute to worthy cause.

This improves leadership because leadership means leading the employee by encouraging them as leader supports diversity in organization so he is being the good leader because good leader accepts the diversity of his employees and removes any kind of differences among them.

Corporate ethics means doing the right and fair thing to its stakeholders like customers, employees etc so , if leader contribute to community and supports employees in health care organization then it is improving its corporate ethics means setting code of ethics in the organization.
