Answer: Communication is the exchange of data, information, thoughts and emotions.

The four factors that should be met to avoid interfering with the Communication process are:

  1. Should be a good listener
  2. Eye contact
  3. Effective communication ( good speaker)
  4. Avoiding unnecessary talks

(a) The problem with the communication is that without the diagnosis the Healthcare professional can't guess the disease.

(b) Speaking in soft and mute tone will unable the listener to listen properly. This will show the lack of confidence in the speaker.

(c) Preoperative care is most important part and while discussion of this topic people must listen carefully. The disturbance will cause ineffective Communication.

(d) The language should be soft and focused. Negative language causes poor impression.

(e) This sentence shows the selfishness, this kind of communication should be avoided.

(f) This causes patient to feel that the Healthcare professional is least interested in the conversation and not paying attention on him.

Listening is a process where a person being non judgmental, hear the things with full concentration.
