Answer: It is important to observe person's non verbal behaviour because it reflects about the intention of the person. It also express the interest of the listener.

The three non verbal behaviour a person can convey interest and care are:

  1. Eye contact: With the regular eye contact made during conversation reflect about the interest of the person.
  2. Gestures : Person gestures such as nodding head, shows interest and understanding.
  3. Facial expressions: This express the gratitude and understanding.

The common cause of communication barrier are:

  • Interruption: This could be one of the barriers as interrupting when someone is expressing his views and ideas.
  • Unfavorable condition: Such as loud sound during the conversation may distribution the Communication.
  • Misunderstanding: This is major cause of communication barrier.

The four ways through which conversation can be improved with visually impaired are:

  1. As they won't be able to see us, so non verbal communications cannot affect them. We should communicate verbally.
  2. Hand shaking, patting on shoulder may give them encouraging feelings.
  3. Expressing views or opinions with examples which can excite them.
  4. Introducing them as by explaining about yourself.
